We deliver to all seven Emirates. Delivery fees and times depend on where you live.
DELIVERY FEES AND TIMES
- Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: AED 15, delivered in 1-2 business days
- Abu Dhabi: AED 20, delivered in 2-3 business days
- Northern Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah): AED 25, delivered in 3-5 business days
FREE DELIVERY
- Orders of AED 200 or more ship free to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi
- Orders of AED 300 or more ship free to the Northern Emirates

MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order value is AED 50.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available on orders up to AED 3,000, with no extra fee. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are counted in business days from the day your order is confirmed. Orders placed late in the day or on a weekend or public holiday start the next business day. Times are estimates and can be affected by weather, public holidays and high demand.

Use the Track order link at the bottom of any page with your order number. We also update you by WhatsApp or email about your order.
WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is wrong, contact us right away with a photo. See our Returns & refunds page for how we put it right.
MISSED DELIVERY OR WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as the courier will call you before delivery. If you miss the delivery, contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a new time.
