ABOUT US

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
- We try to show our products, photos and descriptions as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices and offers can change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
- Products are available while stock lasts. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or cancel that item.
- We may correct pricing or listing mistakes, and may cancel an order affected by an obvious error. If we do, we will let you know.
ORDERS
- Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it.
- The minimum order value is AED 50.
- We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if we cannot verify your details or suspect fraud.
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us.
PAYMENT
- Cash on delivery is available on orders up to AED 3,000. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
- Where online payment is offered, it is processed securely by our payment provider. Unpaid online orders are cancelled after a short time and the items are released.

OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
Only one discount applies per order: the biggest of any coupon, spend discount or first-order discount. The first-order discount applies to one order per customer, and we may limit offers that are misused. We may change or end offers at any time.
DELIVERY
Delivery fees, free-delivery thresholds and estimated times are on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please give a correct address and phone number. If delivery fails because of wrong details or because you are unavailable, we may charge to re-deliver.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WEBSITE CREDIT
You have 7 days from delivery to request a free change or exchange. Refunds are given as website credit, valid for 90 days from the day it is issued. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Full details are on our Returns & refunds page.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Oasis Home Market or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
BRANDS
Product and brand names shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
