PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Available on orders up to AED 3,000, with no extra fee. Please keep the amount ready.
Online payment
Where online payment is shown at checkout, it is processed on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card details. Please complete payment within 30 minutes. Unpaid online orders are cancelled after that and the items are released.
PRICES AND VAT
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay, and the total you see is the total you pay.
DISCOUNTS
You get 10% off your first order, and 10% off when you spend AED 500 or more. Discounts apply automatically. Only the biggest discount applies to an order.

How do I track my order?
Use the Track order link at the bottom of any page and enter your order number.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel before your order is dispatched. WhatsApp us with your order number as soon as possible.
Payment problem?
If a payment fails or you are unsure it went through, contact us with your order number before trying again.
What if there is a problem with my item?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. See our Returns & refunds page for exchanges and website credit.
